We often get the panic email, stating “I know this is last minute, but how quickly can I get a ring from you, my wedding is in ……”.

Standard Process Timeframe:
From purchase to receiving a ring, please allow up to 2 weeks. If further replacement sizes are required to get the right fit, this can take up 3 weeks. However we have a trick to shorten the process.
Rushed Order Tips:
We function a little differently to most jewellers, we have all our stock on hand, so as soon as we know your ring size we can send a ring out. You can choose from standard or express shipping.
How to find out your size prior to purchase? If you head into a local jeweller they should be able to size you up. Maybe you have tried on another person’s ring and it fit you well. We use US and UK sizing, this would either be a letter (S, T, U….) or number (8.25, 8.5, 8.75…). When entered at the checkout, either in notes or the dropdown box and we will automatically skip the sizing process. We will then send your ring straight out.
Now to be honest, it is much less stressful if you do allow ample time. We would suggest you start thinking about purchasing your ring about 6 months before the date you require it. However we completely understand that sometimes things just need to be done quickly. It usually helps to shoot us an email as well on contact@thegentlemanssmith.com to let us know how quickly you need the ring and we will do our best to meet the timeframe. Please also enter the date you require the ring by at checkout, we do keep an eye on this and helps us out immensely for rushed orders.
Once your size is received it will be sent out the next business day. If purchased express we can usually get a ring within 2-3 days from purchase.
